Case Study

Strathmore Edinburgh

Problem

Strathmore offers flexible workspace across four central locations — George Street, York Place, Scott House (South St Andrew Street) and Hopetoun Gate (McDonald Road).

Their digital presence needed to reflect the calibre of these addresses while making it simple for businesses to explore options, understand what’s included, and enquire quickly.

Over time, changing user expectations (mobile-first browsing, faster decision making, higher design standards) meant the website had to evolve — without losing the premium feel and trust built over years.

Challenge

Position Strathmore Edinburgh as a premium provider of serviced offices and co-working space across Edinburgh city centre — and evolve their brand and website over a 10+ year partnership.

Solution

We delivered ongoing brand and website development across multiple iterations, including bespoke illustrations of each building — giving each location a distinctive visual identity and elevating the homepage experience.

The Challenge

Strathmore is a family-owned business providing serviced offices and co-working space in Edinburgh’s city centre.

Their website needed to communicate professionalism, stability and quality — while making it easy for prospective tenants to discover the right workspace, in the right location, fast.

Strathmore Grid

The Problem

Workspace is a trust-led decision. If the digital experience feels dated, unclear or inconsistent, it can undermine the perceived quality of the space itself.

The challenge was maintaining a premium, established feel across years of digital change — while keeping the experience clear and conversion-focused across devices.

The Solution

Brand refinement built for longevity
We kept the brand clean, confident and timeless — so it could evolve across iterations without losing recognition.

Multiple website iterations over 10+ years
Rather than reinventing, we continuously improved the experience:

  • clearer journeys to locations and enquiries
  • responsive improvements for mobile behaviour
  • refined layouts and typography for premium presentation
  • performance and usability updates as standards changed

Bespoke building illustrations
We created custom illustrations of each location to give the brand character and help users instantly distinguish between buildings on the homepage — elevating the visual identity beyond a standard property website.
